200hr Integrative Yoga Teacher Training

Awaken to your inner teacher. Our Integrative Yoga training encourages personal growth in your quest to teach or to deepen your self-practice.
Integrative Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga which is a synthesis of the teachings of the Traditional Saptanga (Gheranda Samhita) & Ashtanga (Patanjali) limbed paths, along with alignment based/spinal safe yoga, applied polyvagal theory, myofascial release, yin yoga & somatic mapping. Which are all Integrated into the teachings to provide a system that is well rounded, trauma informed and holistic both as a practitioner & teacher.
This 200hr training is very much about moving yoga practice beyond the mat & into everyday life & will not only enable you to deepen your own practice and lead to self transformation, but also create a firm foundation for you to guide students back home to their body/home & true nature; into a state of inner silence & stillness that will be most rewarding, fulfilling, reciprocating & meaningful.
A “Philosophy in Form”, this system harmonizes the body, breath, mind, spirit, emotions and intellect through its integration into a 10 limbed path to Moksha (freedom & liberation) :
1. SHATKAMA - (six purification practices) - purify the body
2. YAMA - creates the roots for living clearly honourably through ethical beings
3. NIYAMA - establishing a base of purity in one's body and mind
4. ASANA - (posture) – Strengthen & build a solid physical foundation
5. MUDRA & BANDA - brings about steadiness & energetic cultivation
6. PRANAYAMA & MANTRA - (Breath control) - leads to lightness & clears energy channels
7. PRATYAHARA - (sensory inhibition) - Results in calmness, clarity & vitality
8. DHARANA – (concentration) keeping the body-mind firm & rooted into being
9. DHYANA - (meditation) - Self realisation & actualisation
10. SAMADHI - (ecstasy) - leads to Moksha / Liberation
Integrative Yoga can be best described as “meditation in movement” cultivating lightness in body, stillness of mind and the experience of innate bliss and freedom that is ever present. Our 200 Hours Foundation Level course will not only enable you to deepen your own practice and lead to self transformation, but also create a firm foundation for you to lead your students into the state of silence & stillness that will be most rewarding & fulfilling.

Erandati Benjamin
Inner Soma Ayurveda
It is a great privilege and honour to share this age-old wisdom in my capacity as an Ayurvedic Practitioner with you. Through simple but profound changes to diet, lifestyle, behaviour and exposure to the environment we can realign ourselves with our true nature and begin to address imbalances from the very foundation of our being. It is indeed my genuine motivation to educate, guide and support you through your journey back to balance by focusing on health rather than disease. It is also my aim to hand you the knowledge and tools to take responsibility for your own health in this way by tuning into your Self and to allow that inner Soma to shine through! I’ve had an incredible line-up of teachers who have bestowed upon me this knowledge and I continue to learn and grow in so many ways with them as my guides. My formal qualifications include a diploma in Ayurveda from the Australasian Institute of Ayurvedic Studies (AIAS) and a Masters in Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine from Maharishi International University (MIU) in Iowa, USA.
Testiomonials:
To say that the course was life changing is an understatement.
This course is so much more....as well as receiving the knowledge to confidently teach and hold space for yoga practices, it is literally a journey of self discovery, stripping back the layers, becoming the best version of yourself.
Learning lifelong techniques for your own physical and spiritual wellbeing from two of the most incredible ladies that are so gifted and giving, of themselves, their knowledge, and their hearts.
I feel so lucky and fortunate that I chose this path for my YTT journey, and got to meet these
most incredible humans....my Gurus. Forever Grateful.

Sangha Yoga Studio Wagga was such a welcome challenge for my emotional and spiritual energies….. the ceremonies we shared were deeply connected to the earth and the meditations that accompanied them opened up aspects of Self that I had not yet truly met. I signed up to deepen my yoga practice with no expectations on becoming a Yoga Teacher, by the end of the training I became confident and motivated enough to guide a class. If you want to deepen your connection to yourself and develop your yoga capabilities then I highly recommend this affordable & empowering certified training.

It is quite difficult to find the words to express the experience of the Yoga Teacher Training with Justine and Lyssa.
All I know is that this was a life changing body of work and experience that I am so grateful for. I can't imagine doing this training under the guidance of anyone else. These two beautiful women have so much knowledge and their passion for this work is undeniably obvious. I am thankful for the generosity of Jus and Lys to share this work. It is such a gift to the world.
I had no intention of teaching yoga, my interest in the training was to develop and expand my personal practice. After completing the teacher training I felt so inspired, confident and well prepared that I felt a strong desire to guide some classes and now teach regularly. I loved everything about this training.
