Somatic healing meditation is a trauma sensitive meditation style, which focuses on present moment awareness & sensory inhibition in a safe & resourced way and takes our body as the fundamental arena of meditation practice. Rather than trying to develop meditation through our left-brain, thinking mind in a top-down process, as is the case with most contemporary approaches, somatic meditation involves a bottom-up process, wherein we connect with the inherent, self-existing wakefulness that is already present within the body itself. This bundle includes: 5 x Somatic Healing Meditations guided by Justine. Each meditation is focused on a specific element with the intention of calling your awareness back home into your body. The duration of these meditations run from approximately 43-49 mins and are best done laying down in a comfortable position. Please contact Justine if you have any questions.
