Every woman carries an inner image of the masculine; a force of direction, structure, and meaning shaped by her early relationship to the father, the collective masculine, and her own sense of authority and truth.
​
When unconscious, this inner masculine (the Animus) can distort love and power:
we project it onto men, fall under spells of longing, over-give, lose ourselves in idealisation, fantasising or harden our hearts in defense.
When brought into consciousness, however, the Animus becomes a sacred ally; a protector of truth, a pillar of presence, and a bridge between our intuitive depths and clear expression in the world.

This is the alchemy: transforming projection into integration, illusion into discernment, dependence into sovereignty.​
Alchemising the Animus is an 8-week initiatory journey for women who are ready to heal the distortion of the masculine within; to stop outsourcing power, approval, or protection to the external world, and reclaim the sacred union of feminine and masculine within their own being.
​
Drawing on Jungian depth psychology, trauma integration, and somatic embodiment, this course guides participants through the process of transforming unconscious projections into embodied presence, repairing inner safety, and activating the balanced masculine as inner authority, clarity, focus and direction.
​
This work invites women to move beyond romantic illusion and into sacred sovereignty; where love becomes choice, discernment, and devotion, not dependency or fantasy.

Understanding father imprints, unmet needs, and inherited beliefs about the masculine.

Week 2 — Projection & the Mirror of Relationship
Exploring how the unconscious masculine expresses through relationships.

Week 3 — The Repressed Animus: The Disempowered Feminine
Reclaiming inner authority, voice, and assertiveness.

Week 4 — The Possessed Animus: The Inner Tyrant
Healing control, criticism, over-independence, and softening into receptivity.

Week 5 — The Four Stages of Animus Development
From Man of Power → Action → Word → Meaning.

Week 6 — Healing the Split: Uniting Eros & Logos
Integrating heart and intellect, intuition and structure.

Week 7 — Sacred Union: Becoming the Lover Within
Repatterning relational dynamics from co-dependence to conscious devotion.

Week 8 — Embodied Integration: The Woman of Meaning
Anchoring sovereignty, direction, and sacred purpose.
